Editing

Typesetting
A good book must have a superb layout. Our typesetting services range from typing up hand-written content or converting typed content into a print-ready typeset format so you can move forward to the next stage in your self-publishing process. Book Cover
Your potential readers will know your project through your book cover first. First impressions are lasting impressions. We have relationships with some of the best and brightest book cover designers in the business. Let us capture your vision and provide you with a phenomenal book cover for you project. e-Book setup
Some titles are best read electronically. Similar to typesetting, e-book set up is the simple process of converting your manuscript into an electronic file type that will be loadable to platforms such as Kindle. We can set your ebook file up for your personal one on one distribution or to set up on Amazon’s KDP platform for e-book publishing. Our eBook set up prices begin at $.005 per word.
Plot & Character Development
Let’s face it, sometimes we get stuck trying to develop a story line past a certain point or we have a character that we can’t quite crack open. We can show you how to make your characters pop and how to make your story line engaging to your target audience. We will help you construct a plot cadence that keeps your reader tuned. We will show you how to properly outline your plot, and how to develop your primary and secondary characters. Our prices begin at $100/hour of consultation.
Book Marketing
It’s time to release your book and you have no idea where to start. Let us help you put your book in front of audiences. We will help you identify your target audience and develop a campaign to get your book in front of them. We will provide you with a comprehensive marketing plan that gives you a step by step guide to conduct “do it yourself” marketing on your book. You’ll get access to our network of blogs and book reviewers who can provide you with editorial reviews of your book. Our marketing consulting prices start at $200/hr of consultation.
Book production Package
At JTPS, we believe that it’s your job to write the story and it’s someone else’s job to make it look good. We want to help you make your next book look great. We offer complete book production services where we will take your completed manuscript and do a complete editorial assessment, copyedit, and book production to include typesetting for both print and electronic publication, book cover design for print and e-book and marketing recommendations. We offer this as a package deal and you will receive a discount on the bundle verses a la carte’ pricing. Our pricing starts at $900 and will increased based on manuscript length and book genre. We produced this book for Indie Author Robert Wallace. He trusted us to take his book from manuscript to production through Amazon’s KDP Platform. This young adult novel has a simple young adult book cover design with easy typesetting for fast reading. We took the time to line-edit Robert’s work to help him convey his story to his readers which included recommendations on character development and ways to enrich the plot.

The Bow After the Storm is the first of a three-part series published in 2018. Coping with transitional milestones
JTPS has produced multiple types of books. Coping with Transitional Milestones is our first self-help book. JTPS governed the entire editorial process, page layout, and cover design and compiled it all into this magnificently finished product.. We also launched it for sale on the Amazon KDP platform. Coping with Transitional Milestones is coined a “Life Coach in a Book,” a branding designation created by JTPS.
Location is everything
We are based out of Atlanta Georgia, but our reach is everywhere! We are able to meet with clients in the Georgia area or with other clients who are a little farther away by virtual meeting via video conference.
